We are pleased to announce that ABSL, in partnership with Hays, is launching, first of its kind, Salary Survey, for the Business Services Industry in Romania. The findings will allow the preparation of a report about remunerations, benefits and trends in the BPO/SSC/ITO/R&D Sectors.
Member companies are the first to contribute their data in the survey, yet we welcome any non-member company to contribute too, for the reliability and increased value of the report.
Why worth it? Compensation and benefits reports are a key tool for implementing salary policies in organizations. The report allows you to view current remunerations on the local practices and adjust salaries to changing conditions on the external labour market. What’s more, they allow you to evaluate your competitive position in the market, forecast salary increases and build incentive pay systems.
