The Association of leaders in business services in Romania (ABSL), the largest organization representing local business service sector, announces a new member, provider of contact center professional services Valoris Center.
ABSL currently comprises about 30 companies in the industry business processes outsourcing (BPO), shared service centers (SSC), computer services outsourcing (ITO) and research and development (R & D) and 10 strategic partners.

Business services sector is estimated at about 1.5 billion euros in 2014, with a potential growth of 15-20% in the coming years.
