The key theme of the conference is transformation through envisioning the realities of the new emerging world. Technology will factor into the ways we currently make, manage and deliver services. In order to succeed, fresh business models are needed and they all involve technological changes. However, these shifts also require leaps into business model transformation that are new to most. How do we shapeshift in such a way that we continue to grow in a sustainable manner?
