Aurelia Luca, Executive Vice President Operations Romania – Skanska Commercial Development Europe

Aurelia Luca has more than 20 years of expertise in the real estate development. Aurelia became part of the Skanska team in 2012, as a Leasing Manager, after previously working as Commercial Manager for Global Finance.

In January 2018, Aurelia has been appointed as Managing Director of Skanska Property Romania. From this position, she continued Skanska’s mission of developing sustainable office buildings. After being appointed to this position, Aurelia became the first Romanian woman in the regional management council of Skanska Commercial Development Europe, division in charge with coordinating the activities of Skanska in Romania, Hungary, the Czech Republic and Poland.

Since January 2020, she is part of the newly appointed Senior Leadership Team in Skanska commercial development business in Central and Eastern Europe. Named Executive Vice President Operations Romania, Aurelia Luca has an important role in the process of centralizing the organization on regional level and strengthening its strategic focus on customers.

Aurelia Luca has graduated from University of Bucharest and she has a Master degree in real estate from Bucharest University of Economic Studies.


Oana Mănuceanu – Managing Director, OMV Petrom Global Solutions

Since April 2019, Oana Mănuceanu is the Managing Director of OMV Petrom Global Solutions SRL, the Shared Service Center of OMV Petrom Group, delivering services in the areas of Finance, Employee Services, IT, Facility and Asset Management.

She has over 12 years work experience in managerial positions and over 17 years technical expertise in fiscal consultancy, employment and global mobility areas. Oana Mănuceanu started her career with PwC, developed from Tax Consultant to Senior Manager, adding continuously to strong technical skills, high managerial and leadership competencies and joined OMV Petrom Global Solutions in 2016.

Oana Mănuceanu graduated from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, Faculty of Banking, Finance, Assurance and Stock Exchange and has a Bachelor Degree in Banking and Finance. Since June 2007 she also is certified member of the Tax Consultants Chamber in Romania. During her career, Oana had responsibilities in areas of client service delivery and leading operational HR activities, combining expertise in employment law, global mobility, HR consultancy and taxation with people and strategic management.


Shibu Nambiar, COO – Genpact Europe

Shibu  Nambiar, Chief Operating Officer, Genpact Europe is a strong professional with over 20 years of experience in the digital services industry, covering various roles in operations, project management and service delivery.

He started his Genpact journey 20 years ago as a Process Associate, successfully performing in various roles in multiple geographies. Starting 2018,  he is the Chief Operating Officer for Europe, accepting the challenge of building a growth ecosystem for over 10000+ team members in 15 delivery locations, providing business process management, consulting services across a range of industries and successful crisis management during challenging times.  Shibu is responsible for growth and continuous operational, driving:

  • operational excellence and cost optimization
  • digital agenda rollout
  • site strategy for regional delivery
  •  thought leadership
  • crisis and change management

During the current unsure global economic environment, Shibu has dedicated an important part of his time focusing on people and tightening the connection with both Europe teams and clients. Fostering leadership in times of crisis is a very important aspect in Shibu’s agenda.  As culture comes too loose during crisis, values bring people together for the larger purpose, and this is exactly what organizations have experienced in the last weeks. Together with his Europe Leadership Council, Shibu cultivated a collective leadership environment working to ensure people safety, inspiring employees to stay motivated while working from home and securing operations through building resilience with clients.


Adrian Purcarea, Director Support Engineering ODSP EMEA, Site Lead CSS Romania – Microsoft

Adrian is the EMEA Director for SharePoint & Office in Microsoft Customer Service and Success (CSS) organization and the Romania’s CSS Site Lead. CSS, with its breadth and depth of technical expertise on all Microsoft products and solutions, is fundamental in helping our customers through their Digital Transformation Journey. In his role he is working with his team of experts in driving customer satisfaction, increased adoption for Microsoft’s solutions. With Romania being a strategic growth site for Microsoft CSS, the biggest team in EMEA, Adrian focuses on growing the expertise and the business added value of the local team.

He has a wealth of industry experience, spanning the Networking, Health Care, Semiconductors and Software industries. His most recent role was EMEA Director of Technical Services for Cisco, based in Krakow, Poland. Previously he held the positions of General Manager for Medicover Romania, Country Manager for Freescale Semiconductor and Deputy General Manager for Softwin.

Adrian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Cybernetics from the Academy of Economic Studies, Bucharest, an MBA in Marketing from HEC Montreal and an MBA in Global Leadership and Innovation from MIT. He taught for 8 years a general management and strategy class in the Romanian-Canadian Executive MBA in Bucharest, working with several generations of leaders. Personally, he is actively involved with fundraising and volunteering with several NGO’s, with a particular focus on inspiring younger generations to pursue STEM careers.
