Advancing our Mental Fitness

We are living difficult times, where major changes can happen in an instant and in such moments, most often than we like, we find ourselves catapulted into a panic zone, with extreme emotions and reactions, all normal, all human – some feel exposed everywhere, others hide in the comfort of their own lives.
Most of our actions, come from either one of our 6 Sage Powers (our Inner Wisdom) or one of our Saboteurs, that are limiting our inner beauty and strengths. Understanding our own reactions to external factors, can help us make the switch towards direct actions that can give meaning to the experiences we live.
We will find out how we can increase our Mental Fitness in dealing with our own reactions towards external factors.
