Creating and cultivating a digital culture in 2020 is no longer optional, but, in order to stay competitive, it’s almost mandatory to be an integral approach in the transformation journey. Therefore, this process requires a work environment that not only embeds digital from the top-down, but also creates a space where all employees, regardless of their role, are engaged and made aware of the impact digital can have on productivity and desired results.
