She manages the performance and individual accountability of the team\, using data driven metrics\, as well as provides field management  and coaching. Within this region\, she is also focused on and accountable for growing business across brands and vertical markets. \nExperience: Over her 6 years at Steelcase\, she has led projects and developed dealers in the Netherlands\, the Baltics\, the Adriatics\, Hungary\, Czech Republic\, Slovakia\, Romania\, Bulgaria\, Cyprus\, Greece and Malta. Ilinca has a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science from University College Utrecht\, Netherlands\, and a masters degree from the University of Leiden. \n
