In this next episode of HR Talks we are going to explore together how great organizations manage to create a healthy environment where people enjoy to work and stay.
We are looking forward to discussing with mid & senior HR professionals and Marketing Managers about topics such as company vision and mission, work – private life balance initiatives, diversity & inclusion programs and perhaps more important—what’s new since the pandemic.

Meet the Speakers:
Georgiana Grama – Recruitment Team Leader in Business Services | Hays Recruitment
Georgiana decided to enter the world of recruitment just over 3 years ago. She started with Hays in 2018 and haven’t looked back.
Having begun her career as Junior Recruitment Consultant, Georgiana has worked her way into a Team Leader position and now manages the Business Services recruitment sector for Hays Romania. Her main focus now is on building long term relationships and exceeding the recruitment expectations of companies from SSC/BPO sector.
Adrian Dincă – HR Director EMEA, Manufacturing & Shared Services | VERTIV
With more than 10 years in HR and business transformation, Adrian Dinca is the EMEA HR Director at Vertiv. In his current role, he is responsible for 7 manufacturing plants in Europe and the Cluj Global Business Service, covering 2500+ employees. His career covers a variety of roles, including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, IT Manager and even led a team of software developers.

Mihaela Popa – Head of HR Romania | Wipro Technologies
Working for Wipro Technologies since Dec 2009, Mihaela Heads Romania & Bulgaria HR. Has over 20 year in HR Management with expertise in different industries, like: BPO, IT, Automotive, Telecom, FMCG, Media and production, with extensive HR experience in Recruitment & Selection, HR System setting and implementation, Compensation and Benefits, Performance management, Romania labor law, Industrial relations. Mihaela holds an Engineering Degree with Polytechnic University of Timisoara, a Post University Strategic HR Management Degree and ANC/ICF Associate Certified Coach credentials.
Cristina Negură – Project Manager & Internal communication | Bosch Service Solutions
With Bosch for 7 years, Cristina Negură changed roles in the company over time, and became familiar with both the operational and management “worlds” of the company. In her current role, she is involved in the organizational culture topic, being passionate about the evolution and the importance of the culture overall. Holding a degree in Psychology, this role meets her belief that human and business characteristics are not very different.
