[HR Talks] COVID-19 from a human perspective. How does it affect the world of work?

Hays Recruitment & ABSL have the pleasure to invite to a new HR Talk event, free & open for the public.
Due to changed format of this episode of HR Talks, we have decided to invite experts from the corporate world and a skilled psychotherapist for a virtual roundtable discussion to go around the following areas of sociological aspects COVID-19 on the workforce:
- labour market: demand & supply relations, forced (?) digitalization, employee retention
- how will the new generations cope with the potential economic changes
- psychological effects on individuals being locked down at home
- potential changes in Business Service sector after COVID-19
We are not promising that all these questions will be given bullet-proof future predictions but definitely, we will see clearer after having our experts’ thoughts in the pot. If you happen to be at home, join us for this interesting virtual panel!

Sándor Márk Bodnár – Managing Director, Hays Romania (from Oct 2018)
Sándor started his career in Southeast Asia working for a global HR consulting group, engaged with local and regional recruitment projects and business development activity.Returning to Europe in 2013, he joined Hays Hungary as a Recruitment Consultant in the Engineering & Manufacturing sector and became Team Leader in the second year. Two years later as a Section Manager, he was responsible for technical recruitment segment in (Engineering & Manufacturing, IT & Telco) in Hungary and was tasked to launch the Construction & Property and Logistics & Supply Chain recruitment specialisms too. In 2018, as a Director for the Expert business line, taking over Accountancy & Finance, Sales & Marketing and Life Sciences, he was managing Hays Hungary’s all permanent specialist recruitment divisions. In October 2018, Sándor shifted to Romania to launch Hays Group’s newest country of recruitment agency operations and manage the existing onsite recruitment (RPO) teams. Native Hungarian, fluent in English and has a good command in French, obtained a Business degree from Budapest Business University.
Andreea Mihnea – HR Director, UiPath
Andreea Mihnea joined UiPath in January as HR Director for Romania, Ukraine, and Turkey. In her current role, she is focusing on aligning the company around the HR agenda, supporting the development of the leadership team and promoting the UiPath culture.
Previously, Andreea held the position of HR Director for Romania and Moldova at EY, along with being South East Europe Talent Leader and a member of the People Advisory Board for the CESA region. With over 18 years of experience in Human Resources, she is an internationally certified facilitator of management and leadership programs.
In the past, Andreea has developed and implemented strategies to attract and retain talent for several major companies, such as IBM and Paypoint.
Ioana Crisan – HR Director, Molson Coors GBS
Ioana joined Molson Coors GBS in July 2017 to drive talent agenda and partner with the leadership team in building a world class GBS.
She holds a degree in Finance & has 20 years HR experience – shared services/bpo and pharma industries.
Mihaela Perianu – Managing Partner, Dale Carnegie Romania
Mihaela Perianu is since 2005, the founder and Managing Partner of the Dale Carnegie Romania office and leads the local team. To many she is also known as the person who founded and is leading AIMS, one of the very first local Executive Search Companies.
Her background is in the economical science area, has a Master in HR at MCE- Brussels. She has attended several courses: Franchisee Academy -Dale Carnegie, Disruptive Strategy at Harvard, Erudio– Creative Leadership. She is licensed in coaching, Human Synergistics and Thomas.
She is a Board member in Romanian Business Leaders (RBL), jury member for Asociatia de Relatii Comunitare (ARC) and Bursele Telekom.
Vistiana Long – Psychotherapist
The combination of both psychotherapy and coaching skills I achieved, allows me to call myself either a sharp eye psychotherapist or a profoundly empathic coach.
My passionate work for about ten years in this field, while constantly investing in my own personal growth, gave me the chance to acquire a good grasp on psychological mechanisms that stay in the way of people professional success, health and wellbeing.
