Timișoara Business Mixer is the 4th conference organized by ABSL, dedicated to the local business services community and the western region of Romania.
The theme for this event is Today’s world of Business Services: Keeping pace with the speed of change.
Change is the only constant in life, as a Greek philosopher once said. In today’s world, it has become imperative for the business services companies to maintain high levels of agility, business flexibility and organizational ability in order to be innovative and explorative.
It’s a strong pressure with multiple transformational triggers all present at the same time, all equally intense; therefore companies need to remain relevant and adapt to the next development.
But driving change successfully is one of the more difficult aspects of organizational leadership and corporate management. Moreover, employees face these changes on different levels: from their own career perspective to their everyday tasks while keeping up with other changes in the organization.
