Adrian Baron

Nicoleta Apetrei
She shaped her career within business services market in different activities, roles, and industries, gaining therefore a great and diverse experience in various fields (automotive, pharma, commerce, banking and financial services), having today over 18 years in this sector.
Within her current role, Nicoleta is acting as business chief strategist in building or improving different business operating models (locally or cross regions), cost modelling, & strategy definition and execution. Also, she is supporting the CEO mandate towards increasing the collaboration with the partners, and internally acting as an adviser for the senior management team, capturing at the same time market competitiveness insights to predict business risks.
Nicoleta graduated the Academy of Economic Studies, Romanian American University with a Law certification and during her career followed business courses at Harvard Business School and Stanford Business School.

Laura Baiasu
Laura holds a Master’s degree in Management of International Financial Risks from the Academy of Economic Studies.

Cătălina Elena Crișan
Catalina holds a master degree in International Law and a bachelor degree in Law from Law University, Sibiu, and is certified as Lean Six Sigma Champion.

Anca Fotache
In this role, her main responsibilities are to lead the scale-up of the Booking Holdings Center in Bucharest, provide strategic and operational leadership for all the employees of the Center of Excellence and work in partnership with various Brands and Holdings functions to meet their business needs.
Prior to joining Booking Holdings Romania, Anca served as EMEA Senior Service Delivery Director at Stefanini.
Anca has more than 15 years’ of management experience gained in multinational environments from telecom to business services and a strong background in people management, operations, as well as project, program and portfolio management.
Anca holds an MBA from Tiffin University and a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from the University of Bucharest.

Ecaterina Ion
In 2015 Ecaterina has been appointed as the first female General Manager of the Hewlett Packard Enterprise Bucharest Centre, leading an amazing, talented and engaged workforce, who is competing as one of the most attractive employers in the market.

Cătălin Iorgulescu
During this time, he also acted as an ambassador of ABSL by bringing new members, representing ABSL in various meetings with potential investors and State Authorities, and helping organize major ABSL events.
His keen business acumen, networking abilities and capacity to communicate effectively with policy makers, media and other stakeholders in a convincing manner will allow him to make a further impact in the future of the Association.
Over the last 25 years, he acted as General Manager for Deloitte Shared Service Centre, Samsung SSCE, WNS Romania and Craft Worldwide Romania besides holding other top management positions within McCann Erickson Group.
Catalin is a Fellow ACCA, CAFR as well as an ISACA member (CISA) since 2002 and respectively 2003.

Bogdan Pelinescu
With more than 20 years of experience in software engineering business, Bogdan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the Polytechnic University in Bucharest and a Ph.D. in Economics from INCE, Romanian Academy.

Francesca Postolache
As Partner within the Assurance Department, Francesca currently manages a sizable portfolio of large international and local clients in different industries such as retail, oil & gas, tobacco, etc. and also leads the Real Estate practice in PwC Romania. In her Real Estate leader capacity, Francesca acts as main contact for Romania on projects developed by PwC across Central and Eastern Europe and coordinates the input for the “Emerging Trends in Real Estate” flagship report published yearly by PwC in partnership with the Urban Land Institute.
Francesca has also been in charge of the audit of banking and industrial clients, as well as audit of large projects financed by International Financial Organisations. At the same time, she coordinates other assurance projects, including the PwC training centre ‘The Academy at PwC’.
Fluent in Romanian, English and Russian and speaking basic French, Francesca is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in the United Kingdom, the Romanian Chamber of Financial Auditors (CAFR) and she is also representing PwC at the German Chamber of Commerce (AKH).
