Genesis Property is a real estate development company with an experience of over 20 years on the local market. The company has developed two of the biggest office parks in Bucharest, West Gate and Novo Park, totaling about 150,000 square feet of Class A office space. Genesis Property is also the developer of the first private student campus in Romania, West Gate Studios, which includes over 800 studios and apartments for rent and a 4-star accommodation unit – Studio One Accommodation Suites.
