We are one of the largest beer brewers and have a diverse portfolio of owned and partner brands, including global priority brands like Blue Moon, Coors Banquet, Coors Light, Miller Genuine Draft, Miller Lite, and Staropramen, regional champion brands Carling, Molson Canadian and other leading country-specific brands, as well as craft and specialty beers such as Creemore Springs, Cobra, Doom Bar, Henry’s Hard and Leinenkugel’s.

With centuries of brewing heritage, we have been crafting high-quality, innovative products with the purpose of delighting the world’s beer drinkers and with the ambition to be the first choice for our consumers and customers. Our success depends on our ability to make our products available to meet a wide range of consumer segments and occasions.

Molson and Coors were founded in 1786 and 1783, respectively. Our commitment to produce the highest quality beers is a key part of our heritage and remains so to this day. Our brands are designed to appeal to a wide range of consumer tastes, styles, and price preference. Our largest markets are the U.S., Canada, and Europe.
With more than 350 years of combined brewing heritage, Molson Coors is currently the third largest global brewer, with more than 18.000 employees worldwide. Molson Coors Global Business Services (GBS) was created in 2017 with the mission to provide centralized operations to our business units across the Globe, simplifying and standardizing internal processes.
Since our center started with a proof of concept of around 40 pioneers, we have grown both in size, and in scope. We are now almost 600 enthusiastic GBSers, covering a wide range of scope beyond what the traditional GBS / shared services / BPO industry is used to.

We not only work in finance fields (accounting, financial analysis, credit and collections, rebates, pricing, or invoice processing), but also in commercial areas (material master data, sales reporting, digital merchandising or route planning) and, of course, human resources (admin, payroll, talent acquisition or learning & development). English is our main communication language while we are also glad to share experiences and activities in 10 other languages: French, Quebecois, Bosnian, Croatian, Serbian, Montenegrin, Slovakian, Czech, Bulgarian, and Hungarian.
