Viking is a leading provider of professional workspace solutions, operating in 7 countries across Europe and serving over 1 million customers from small start-ups to multinational companies. Viking offers a wide range of office supplies and furniture, distributed from its two automated distribution centers in Großostheim, Germany and Leicester, UK. Viking is part of the RAJA Group since November 2021 and has 1,500 employees.
In Cluj-Napoca, we have a Shared Service Center (SSC), which is currently the only Viking subsidiary in Romania. With a focus on financial services (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable & General Ledger), Viking Romania also incorporates departments such as Master Data Management, Data Management Services and e-Support.
With an enthusiastic team of around 300 associates, Viking Romania is one of the main players in the SSC/BPO field in Cluj-Napoca.
