UniCredit Business Integrated Solutions is the Group’s global services company created from the integration and consolidation of 16 Group companies dedicated to providing services in the sectors of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Back Office and Middle Office, Real Estate, Security and Procurement.
One of the first companies of its kind to be created at European level, it reorganized operational activities necessary for the correct functioning of the Groups’ business by leveraging on a delivery based on higher flexibility and advanced innovation, with Agile” methodology for an improved response time.
The company includes approximately 10.000 people and oversees activities in 11 countries: Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, United Kingdom with branches in New York and Singapore.
Founded in 2005 with 250 people, the Romanian Branch has gradually expanded its scope of activities for Germany and Austria and today it manages new assets strategic for the Group as well as highly innovative projects especially in the ICT sector reaching up ~ 1.400 people.
The goal is to provide the highest value to the customers by developing a unique and innovative operating model sharing innovative methodologies, achieving synergies and economies of scale by combining different approaches to leverage on people’s competences and expertise in order to define a more effective service to the Business, confirming IT and Operations key assets for the commercial strategy.
The Branch has grown over the years, thanks to its great richness of highly skilled professionals and its ability to emerge as a new economic growth. In 2007 offices in Iasi were opened to join the colleagues in Bucharest, underlining our wish to significant job opportunities to new smart emerging talents which Romania has to offer. As a result, this competence center is destined to become the second largest within the company, after Italy.
