CWS Business Global Services is a Sheared Service Center that started its journey in may 2019, in the heart of Transilvanya, Sibiu, with one employee and now we are over 85 colleagues. We are part of CWS Group company with over 100 years of activity in six solution areas: Hygiene, Floor Care, Fire Safety, Work wear, Cleanrooms, and Healthcare.

CWS Group has more than 11.000 employees working at around 130 sites, in 16 European countries, with 43 company-run, high-tech laundries located all over Europe. The Group annual turnover is around € 1.4 billion.

Located in Sibiu, in a modern and inspirational office, CWS Global Business Services SRL has started with accounting projects from BeNeLux and Germany, splited into 6 teams: Accouting (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger), Reporting Factory, Data Governace, Data Cleansing, Next Generation Sale and IT.

Our mission as a Sheared Service Center is to become a center of excelence in Accounting and not only and we know that is achiveble trought our employees involvement and comitement. We started as a small CWS family and our focuse is to keep this family bound with all our colleagues no matter how large we will grow.

Working in a remote model, our team members have kept the colaborations at the same level as it was before the pandemic started and our aim is to „Work smarter not Harder” meaning we are focusing to constantly improve our performance as a team.

We changed our recruitment strategy and now we have new team members from all over the country and we are going to keep it this way.

The development of our team members is one of our focuse points and giving them the posibility to grow will bring the company at a higher level of succes. Besides the onboarding and internal trainings, our employees will benefit from a development training program (for both hard and soft skills) in order to receive roles with exteded responsabilities.

Besides the development program and a standard pachage of benefits, we offer the possibility of working from everywhere. Based on our internal survey resultes, our employees would like to work 2 days/week from the office and the rest from home or everywhere.

The migration along the world had brought the need of exploring the Diversity and Inclusion topic, and for CWS Group is one of the focuse points of the moment. The purpose of  CWS D&I Council is to create a working environment whitout any kind of restriction or discrimination based on nationality, age, gender and disabilities, where everybody have similar chances to grow based only on qualifications and competencies.
