“The current situation has shown us that it is possible to carry out a large number of distance activities and that our industry is developing, despite the difficult general context created by Covid 19. Globally, companies are rethinking their cost structure and rebuilding their outsourcing services, and our reaction speed, the ability to adapt to the new conditions imposed by the pandemic and the fact that we have continued to deliver services at a high quality level, unlike other areas, puts us in the top of relocation options. Our priority in this mandate is promoting Romania for investors interested in this sector”, says Ciprian Dan, President of ABSL.

According to estimates from the ABSL study, revenues generated by the business services industry in 2020 are about 4.5 billion euros. The business services industry contributes about 2 – 2.5% to GDP, similar to industries such as wholesale, electricity, oil and natural gas.
