First edition of HR Talks

ABSL & Hays Romania have the honour to invite you at the first edition of HR Talks, a new series of events dedicated to the HR professionals of the ABSL member companies.
HR Talks 1st edition will take place on March 26th, starting 9:30 – 12:00, at Euromaster Premises (10 Bucuresti Nord Road), under the theme:
Changing HR structures – HR Business Partner vs. traditional HR roles
How does a modern organization perceive HR? Decision making vs. operative support
In this edition of our HR Talks, we are going to have Senior HR decision makers (HR Business Partners, Mangers & Directors) around the table discussing the evolving role of Human Resources function within the organization.
We are looking forward to exploring together the differences between the traditional and HR Business Partner setups, the level of decision-making power HR is having nowadays, experiences on successful and failed HR transformations. Let’s put them all on the table!
