Georgiana decided to enter the world of recruitment just over 3 years ago. She started with Hays in 2018 and havenโ€™t looked back.

Having begun her career as Junior Recruitment Consultant, Georgiana has worked her way into a Team Leader position and now manages the Business Services recruitment sector for Hays Romania. Her main focus now is on building long term relationships and exceeding the recruitment expectations of companies from SSC/BPO sector.

Raluca is the Country HR Leader of HP Inc. Romania, a technology company with a business services presence of over 1300 employees. Raluca has experience in managing projects in various areas of HR in Romania and in the South-East Europe, covering from development and organization culture to implementing HR information systems and automation. Raluca is also a CIPD Associate, trainer and an executive coach.

Monica Mardare โ€“ Human Resources Director, Luxoft Romania

With 20 years of experience in the field of Human Resources, Monica has contributed to policies and practices design aimed at increasing the commitment and performance, as well as the development and retention of talents. She has implemented internal training programs for middle and top management, for creating a managers pool, with new skills and vision.

In recent years, she has been directly involved in establishing organizational development strategies and operational integration of new locations in the US and Europe, in line with global culture and practices. She led the organizational culture change initiative, by defining a new set of values, model of competences and leadership profile.

She is a graduate of the Faculty of Electronics and Telecommunications in Bucharest, with a Master’s degree in Applied Economics at the Institute for Advanced Studies in Vienna.
