SAFe Leadership Round Table

We fully agree with the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe) Framework when it comes to its view on Leadership:
Business agility requires a new approach to leadership. It starts with leaders exemplifying behaviors that will inspire and motivate the organization to pursue a better way of working. They set the example by coaching, empowering, and engaging individuals and teams to reach their highest potential through Lean and Agile principles and practices.
Even if you went through a SAFe transformation or are just planning it, join us, our SPCs, SAFe practitioners and business leaders to explore the role of leadership in SAFe transformation, the challenges, the pitfalls and, of course, some proven means to overcome them. There is so much to learn from each of our Agile journeys. Why not do that together?
ABSL and _VOIS (Vodafone Intelligent Solutions) invite you to the SAFe Leadership round table on January 31st, to learn from best practices and share ideas.
The round table is dedicated to relevant roles from Project and Product Management delivery area (Project and Programme Management, Product Managers/Owners, Agile Coaches), as well as managers with focus on client- sales- delivery from Technology industry.
The event will be moderated by David Abrahart, SAFe SPC, Senior Leader Platform LACE at Vodafone, and it will take place between 10.00 and 12:30 at Vodafone Headquarters (Str. Barbu Văcărescu 201).
The meeting has a limited number of participants, occupied on a first come, first served basis. A company could be represented by a maximum of 2 participants.
