ABSL Romania, with the contribution of Deloitte experts, is organizing a webinar dedicated to the latest developments in tax audits and transfer pricing.
Tax authorities today have access to an unprecedented volume of data, while the first year of Pillar Two implementation adds another layer of transparency. The launch, in August 2026, of ANAF applications designed to verify the consistency of reported data confirms that risk assessments are becoming increasingly precise and tax audits more targeted.
Recent experience shows that the use of this data frequently results in additional compliance requests and audits aimed at assessing additional tax liabilities. At the same time, transfer pricing remains one of the areas of highest exposure for business service centers.
The webinar will explore both how ANAF uses data reported in real time and current practices in transfer pricing audits, with a focus on the tools available to companies to achieve greater predictability and tax certainty.
