Last week, on June 23rd, HP Inc. and ABSL Romania organised the event Professional Corner, where we invited our members to a session around Lean Six Sigma processes in our industry.
Together with Mihaela Stancu, Black Belt Program Manager at HP Inc., we found out how the Lean Six Sigma methodology can help us understand, evaluate and improve business processes, products, and services. We analysed how different companies used Lean Six Sigma to achieve superior financial and innovation, while noticing the mind-set of each organisation’s approach in order to use resources more efficiently and effectively.
During the panel discussion, representatives from Wipro, Hewlett Packard Enterpriseand DXC Technology shared their knowledge regarding the retention of certified employees, how to maintain good communication with the people in training and which departments would benefit most from Lean Six Sigma Training Sessions.
