We are Deutsche Telekom Services Europe – Romania! It’s a long company name, we know, but you can refer to us as DTSE Romania. To understand better were we come from, we’re going to write just a few information about the big group, which is Deutsche Telekom.
This former state-owned company – Deutsche Bundespost – was privatised in 1996 and became Deustche Telekom. Its main offices are in Bonn and is probably the best telecommunications company in Europe. The DT Group focuses on two main areas of business: IT infrastructure & software solutions offered by the T-Systems companies (e.g. T-Systems France, T-Systems Belgium, T-Systems Slovakia etc ) and telecommunication solutions offered by Telekom/T-Mobile companies (e.g. T-Mobile Austria, Telekom Romania, T-Mobile Polska etc).
Now that you know quite a lot about the DT Group, let’s tell you something about Deutsche Telekom Services Europe too!
DTSE is a powerhouse for building innovative solutions for the whole DT Group. Ranging from automatization solutions to data processing and mining, the company develops solutions that improve the world around us.
DTSE’s mindset is built upon five key pillars that in time proved essential to the company’s global success: best customer experience, high quality services, great working conditions, growing innovation and continuously improving competitiveness.
DTSE makes it happen in 4 European countries (Romania, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Germany).
How did DTSE end up in Romania? In July 2013 the Deutsche Telekom Business Services start-up was founded in Bucharest as an answer to the need for a fresh, young and innovative group service provider in Europe. DTBS was a beacon for other shared service centers within the Group and we became the European shared service provider for the DT Group. Few years later, we opened a second office in Romania – Timișoara. In 2017 Deutsche Telekom Services Europe was founded and gathered under one umbrella all the shared service centres in Europe.
