Global Remote Services (GRS) is a leading Independent Contact Centre provider in Romania with over 17 years of experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry.
Global Remote Services has 3 operational sites in three Romanian cities: Bucharest, Piatra Neamt and Suceava. The company has a capacity of over 420 workstations and 400 employees.
GRS provides a broad range of multilingual and multi-channel contact centre and back office services to organizations across Europe. Some of GRS’s expertise is in delivering services such as multichannel customer care, customer support and technical help desk in more than 12 European languages.
