David joined ACCA in November 2013 as Head of Global Business Services, responsible for ACCA’s strategy for the shared service, outsourcing and global business services sector, working with major companies, governments and other agencies global to drive both growth and standards in the industry. He has over 17 years’ experience within the GBS industry, working in both captive organisations for major multinationals and for a major BPO. His roles have included leading a finance and accounting shared service centre in Europe, the design and implementation of a new centre in Asia and the development of new services and products. Married with two twin boys, David splits his time between Malaysia and the Netherlands.

Richard has more than 18 years experience in audit and financial advisory services. His main professional activities since joining KPMG Romania have been: Partner in the Advisory Department, leading Internal Audit, Accounting Advisory, Transaction Services, Leader of the teams performing audit and advisory services to large multinationals and also to small and medium sized entities in Romania, developing the portfolio of KPMG Romania clients as Head of Markets, Foreign Trade Counselor for France in Romania, where Richard is the sole representative from the auditing and financial services professions, Member of the Board of the French Chamber of Commerce in Romania. While his work as a Foreign Trade Counselor strengthens his relationship with larger companies, his position in the French Chamber of Commerce allows him to develop contacts with small and medium sized firms, Managing the French Desk of KPMG Romania. The objective of the Desk is to develop the portfolio of French clients and consolidate KPMG Romania’s reputation as preferred financial advisor in the French business community.
