Marcin’s professional life is being focused on Customer Care, Customer Support structures, building and developing organizations, setting up new locations, driving financial innovations, delivering operational efficiency and productivity measures. Marcin has more then 15 years’ experience on a few Leadership Team management positions, where before joining Capgemini he worked for Hoechst AG, Dade Behring (Siemens Medical) as Member of Board / Customer Care Director. Microsoft este prima companie multinationala din CV-ul meu si reprezinta mai mult decat un loc de munca- un spatiu de dezvoltare. In septembrie 2014, am preluat pozitia de Windows Business Group Lead, devenind responsabila cu intregul process de planificare si executie pentru activitatile care sustin ecosistemul bazat de sistemul de operare Windows. O provocare de marketing pentru un om de vanzari si o iesire din zona de confort, schimbarea a inseamnat in acelasi timp si o noua abordare fata de piata din Romania, dar si fata de parteneri si clienti. Olivier Hecq joined Société Générale EBS in October 2014 to start up the IT Shared Service Centre. He has been leading it since then, and the center is currently 200 staff strong. Olivier came with a strong experience in the domain, having lead, previously and during 6 years, an off-shore IT service center for other company. Before these off-shoring experiences, Olivier was a consultant since 1990 and had various functions and roles on a worldwide basis: software development, support/HelpDesk, consulting around IT operations and IT organization efficiency topics, global strategic alliances, capability development etc.

Philippe’s role in Capgemini involves managing Romanian operations and business development on the local market, but also providing services in other European countries with Romanian expertise. He is in charge of the strategy and the coordination of the local management team in order to bring Consulting Services, Technology Services and other services provided by the Group to our clients. Philippe managed 3 different IT & consulting companies in Romania in the last 12 years.

Rainer Rabenstein is heading the new EMEA Sales Operations team for HP Inc within the Sales Strategy and Operations group. The organization is accountable for lead to order and partner operations, as well as direct customer operations. That includes pricing and quoting, CRM, Business Intelligence, master data for customers and partners, partner program execution from set up to payment of partners, proposals management and customer and partner account operations. Before that he worked as Order to Cash Director for Americas Sales Operations in Austin Texas, since 2014. The focus of this role was on standardization of processes, giving the organization a common framework to operate, the reduction of cost-to-serve and to prepare the organization (including e-business) for the separation. From August 2010 to 2014 Rainer was managing Sales Operations for the MEMA region (Middle East, Mediterranean and Africa). In addition he took on an extra assignment as the global sales operations lead for the Growth Market Organization (GMO) Rainer was running EMEA quote to cash from 2008 to 2010 for the Enterprise Business Operations team, focussing on fixing the pricing process, standardizing and expanding proposals management and more rigid process management in all process areas. From August 2003 to November 2008, he has served as the Director of CRM for EMEA. At that time, Rainer also used to share his experience as external part time lecturer at Austrian universities. In 1993 Rainer joined HP Austria as a part time worker in the direct marketing/CRM team. His first full time job at HP was the role of CRM manager in Austria. Later, Rainer has held various positions in the wider CRM area in sales, call centre support, marketing and operations, gradually extending his responsibilities. Rainer Rabenstein was born in 1971 and raised in Linz, Austria. After completing school, he moved to Vienna to study business & IT at the Vienna University of Technology. Rainer lives in Vienna, Austria with his wife Christine, and the two children; Adrian, born in 1998 and Jana, born in 2011. His early interest in IT was in the area of programming business applications, and automation of routine work in daily life using computers. Besides that Rainer loves sports of all kinds, especially playing Soccer.

I hold the role of Country HR Lead for Accenture Romania since 2012. In this role I am responsible for overall delivery of HR services across all businesses and locations in Romania. I was part of the initial team that set up the office back in 2006. Since then I have covered various areas of HR: Recruitment, Training, HR generalist. I am proud to have been supporting the high growth of Accenture Romania during the last years and helped expand its footprint in 5 locations

He was appointed Service Delivery Operations lead for Bucharest in November 2011 and Country Managing Director in August 2014. He has also recently taken on the role of BPO Service Delivery Operations Lead for a cluster of European countries (Romania, Czech Republic and Slovakia). While his work as a Foreign Trade Counselor strengthens his relationship with larger companies, his position in the French Chamber of Commerce allows him to develop contacts with small and medium sized firms, Managing the French Desk of KPMG Romania. The objective of the Desk is to develop the portfolio of French clients and consolidate KPMG Romania’s reputation as preferred financial advisor in the French business community. Rozalia Nistor, is Chief Executive Officer CEO of Selir and also Professor Assistant at “Dunărea de Jos” University of Galati, Faculty of Economics and Business Administration. The University “Dunărea de Jos” of Galati hired her in 1990 as a lecturer. She was promoted to associate professor in 2002, a post she held until today. She is a specialist on the Information Technology for Management; Management; Simulation of Company Decisional Processes, Information Technology and Business Communications. She collaborated as a consultant with Banca Sella Group, other Italian firms and Italian consulting companies. She co-founded Selir (Sella Informatica Romania) in 1995 with Banca Sella Group. She is chief executive officer (CEO) of Selir and Member of the Company’s board of directors. During her career, she published as author and/or coauthor 15 books in national and international publishing, more than 80 articles indexed ISI, ISI Proceedings and international databases and she activated like reviewer and member for international journals. She believes strongly in maintaining a healthy work/life balance.
Sebastian Metz
Mr. Sebastian Metz began his career in 1999 as trainee and then bank officer at Deutsche Bank AG Hamburg, Department Cooperate Finance. Two years later, he returned to the academic world and studied Political Economics and Business Administration in Bayreuth, Trier and Lyon. After his graduation in 2006, Sebastian Metz gathers a wide international experience, being active in France, Algeria and Nepal. Starting with January 2012, Mr. Sebastian Metz continues his international experience taking over the leading role of General Manager of the German-Romanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Together with the Board of Directors, Mr. Metz develops the strategies for the enhancements of services offered by AHK Romania and monitors their implementation. Top priorities are the counselling of companies, the assistance of Chamber members as well as increasing the specific activities for representing the interests of the Chamber members.

Silviu Dragomir is one of the founders of Eucom. He started this journey in 2002, leading the company towards being a Center of Excellence in Foreign Language Services. Prior to the foundation of Eucom, Silviu Dragomir worked in sales management in the automotive industry, developing relevant customer-oriented competencies alongside with performance management and leadership abilities. After 15 years of management, Silviu now takes pride in the company’s wide range of language training programs and its ever-growing team of specialists. At present, along with his team, Silviu is examining the opportunities of bringing success to clients that are active at an international level.

Tom Bangemann is Senior Vice President Business Transformation at The Hackett Group. He has been with The Hackett Group for over 13 years in various regional and practice leadership roles. He has worked on numerous advisory, consulting, auditing and benchmarking engagements in almost all functions of a company, with a deep expertise focus on World-class performance in G&A, especially in the Finance function. His experience includes a set of over 100 globalization/sourcing projects (incl. shared services & outsourcing). Tom has worked in a range of industries and countries. He is a regular event speaker, chairman and panellist, and author (e.g. on “Shared Services in Finance & Accounting” published in February 2005). He has been voted onto SSON expert panels G6 Europe, G6 Australia, D6 Germany and C6 China. Tom chaired the Hungarian Shared Service Community for three years, and advises other shared service initiatives and company boards (e.g. NWSSF and SSON), and established the Baltic Shared Service Community in 2010. Tom was a regular Board member of a publicly listed software (procurement and finance) company for two years. He was also named “HR Superstar” by HRO Magazine in 2005, 2006 and 2007. Tom received the award of “Thought Leader of the Year” from SSON in May 2010. Tom has a Master’s degree in Business & Economics from the University of Hanover (Germany) and an Honour Citation for his studies at California State University. He previously worked for Arthur Andersen in Auditing and Consulting.
