Aurelia is leading the advisory practice of EY in Romania and Moldova and is also the Intelligent Automation Leader of EY in CESA, a region that includes 31 countries.
She has a vast experience in digital transformation for large organizations, having led multiple high scale implementations throughout her career, both in Romania and internationally.
A forward-looking professional, Aurelia is keen on bringing to market innovative cutting-edge solutions that integrate technologies in creating new opportunities for growth. Her holistic approach to clients’ business transformation has enabled her to advise some of the leading companies in Romania on their automation strategy.
She holds B.Sc in Economic Informatics from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest. Also, she has a postgraduate certificate in International Business, Business Administration and Management from the University of Edinburgh and an EMBA in Management from Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées from Paris.
Guillaume Macczak | Associate Partner | Advisory Services, EY Romania
Guillaume has over 15 years of experience in finance, consulting, 4 years as Consolidation manager for the Market activities of an European bank, 4 years as head of Europe Accounting and Reporting production in their Shared Service Center.
At EY, he oversees the Advisory offer for Global Business Services and CFO Services. He will address CFO`s challenges, accompany clients develop GBS practice, support foreign companies setup activities, help local centers create value for clients.
Julie Ayres-Smith, Regional Delivery Partner – Kelloggs
Julie has worked in Kelloggs for 4 years and during this time has held a number of Global positions most recently appointed to Regional Delivery and Integration Partner operating out on multiple locations with Bucharest been the principle. She has broad expertise across Global Shared Service Organizations including Management of Delivery Centers, Service Management and Multi-tiered and Multi-sourced Global Business Services in number of business sectors with significant experience in FMCG.
Mauricio Manzano-Podversich, Director of the Bucharest Shared Service Center – Michelin Romania
Mauricio started his career working in banking and energy, in Argentina, on the areas of risk management and credit control. He joined Michelin Group in 2003 in what was the first captive Shared Service Center (SSC), to manage finance operations for Europe. During the past 15 years in Michelin, Mauricio has held several managerial and project leader positions, starting to manage a single mono-function, mono-region SSC. Currently, he is the Director of a multifunction SSC that is part of Michelin’s Corporate Business Service Organization, which includes local service delivery teams, regional SSCs and BPOs locations, covering most of the business support functions for the Group.
After having led the SSC in France for 5 years, Mauricio was appointed Director of the Bucharest Shared Service Center in 2017.
Luca Veglio
Procter & Gamble GBS Operations Officer Europe & Bucharest Site Leader
Strategic Sourcing and Shared Services Leader, with 17 years of experience in the FMCG industry across a broad variety of both regional and global leadership roles with Procter & Gamble’s Global Purchasing, Global Business Services, and South East Europe Market Operations organizations.
Currently heading Procter & Gamble’s Europe Operations & Shared Services Center in Bucharest, heading a >250 person and multi-functional organization spanning across Product Supply, Purchasing, Finance, IT and HR. Responsible for providing scaled shared services & solutions to Procter & Gamble’s commercial Business Units and Market Operations for all Source to Pay, Purchasing & Financial Services, and IT Solutions in the region.
Swiss national with strong international background and speaking 5 languages fluently, having lived in various European cities, and 9 years in Latin America and 5 years in the United States.
Sergio Barlanga
HR Director, BAT GBS
Sergio is an MBA and Industrial Engineer who has worked in BAT for 13 years having joined as a graduate recruit in Mexico. Sergio has performed various roles within HR including Reward, Talent, HRBP positions both in his home market and overseas, as well as cross functionals in Marketing. He was appointed HR Director for Colombia in 2017 where he was a key enabler in strengthening junior talent retention and Trade Marketing capability upskilling.
As HR Director for Colombia, Venezuela and Caribbean (2018), he was a key player to drive agile cluster integration, organizational alignment and engagement to deliver strong financial performance. Sergio joined GBS, as Head of HR in July 2019. He is married and has two young children.
