In a matter of weeks, everything changed. Companies, CEOs, managers and executives faced business and work disruption at a level never known before, while taking care of their employees’ wellbeing, work continuity and productivity. However, the business services industry adapted fast and in the second week of March, 43% of the companies in our industry had 90% to 100% of their employees working from home and now we are fast approaching the end of the State of Emergency.
