During last year’s event, we discovered together the evolution of Brașov, as this great city has become an important destination for business services companies; therefore for 2020, our proposition is to:

Creating value is what truly distinguishes one company from the others and ensures success. In this day and age when competition is fierce, it becomes clear that delivering value is the key to running a prosperous company.

From this, his career moved into Organisational & People Performance taking him for 3 years in Paris and then a further 3 years in the USA where he travelled across North America, South Africa, China and the length of Europe developing and training literally hundreds of Sales and management professionals and organisations. In 2009 he moved to Romania to continue his work and formed Achieve International Srl to broaden his scope in organizational change and performance working with key company’s such as Petrom, Baker Tilly, Provident, Groupama, BMW, HP, etc and, for the past 4 years, working with the Corporate Office Solutions (COS) sales team.
