Speaker: Ilinca Popescu, Regional Sales Manager Central Europe -Steelcase Inc.
As Regional Sales Manager for Central Europe, Ilinca focuses on developing alignment with our dealer network, by developing strategies on priority accounts and opportunities, as well as developing high-impact dealer plans. She manages the performance and individual accountability of the team, using data driven metrics, as well as provides field management and coaching. Within this region, she is also focused on and accountable for growing business across brands and vertical markets.
Experience: Over her 6 years at Steelcase, she has led projects and developed dealers in the Netherlands, the Baltics, the Adriatics, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Greece and Malta. Ilinca has a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science from University College Utrecht, Netherlands, and a masters degree from the University of Leiden.
