As the economy begins to reopen, competition will be intense. Organizations will seek to quickly and effectively reactivate, redeploy and reengage people. Every company wants to regain productivity and competitiveness, without compromising their employees’ health and safety.

Our current work from home reality may not be permanent, but the impact of today’s crisis on the office will be. As we plan a return to the workplace, we need to make choices carefully and responsibly. Employee safety and wellbeing must be paramount.

Drawing form our recently published Navigating What’s Next: The Post-COVID Workplace, we will:

  • offer strategies of how to retrofit, reconfigure and reinvent the workplace to help you bring people back to the office safely
  • share design guidelines and thought starters as well as safety guidelines
  • describe a holistic approach to health and safety will allow people to be safe and feel safe when they come back to the workplace

Speaker: Ilinca Popescu, Regional Sales Manager Central Europe -Steelcase Inc.

As Regional Sales Manager for Central Europe, Ilinca focuses on developing alignment with our dealer network, by developing strategies on priority accounts and opportunities, as well as developing high-impact dealer plans. She manages the performance and individual accountability of the team, using data driven metrics, as well as provides field management  and coaching. Within this region, she is also focused on and accountable for growing business across brands and vertical markets.

Experience: Over her 6 years at Steelcase, she has led projects and developed dealers in the Netherlands, the Baltics, the Adriatics, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Greece and Malta. Ilinca has a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science from University College Utrecht, Netherlands, and a masters degree from the University of Leiden.
