Andrea Allocco
General Manager - Technology Reply
I would describe myself as a passionate nerd that loves business. With over 20 years of experience in IT and business, I have the passion for building teams, for serving my customers, for innovating and making things better every day.
I have worked all my life in international environments and managed long-term relationships with customers and employees.I rely on my strong technical background to build and maintain long-term business relationships with key Clients, always behaving as a trusted advisor.
I have an innate tendency to work and think like an entrepreneur, and my entire career is a sequence of new start-ups inside the organisations of my employers: I would define myself as a clear intrapreneur.
I love to be ahead of the technology and the management trends and bring them always back to reality to satisfy at best my Clients and focus on their problems.I love the mix of technology, management, company management and people leadership that only a “startup” way of thinking can provide, even inside an established company.
Knowledge: strategy, finance, sales and business development, people management, innovation, technology
What I am curious about today: Design Thinking, Artifical Intelligence and Machine Learning, Big Data, Fablabs, Drawing.
